It came to my attention that users were not able to write comments on the reporting cell in the production environment.

I tried to add in Prod I got the error 'Changes to cell could not be saved'. However I am able to do it in the Staging.

Then I compared the allowed actions for the 'Admin' role between stage and prod, observed that all available actions selected. We are on R11.8

Am I missing something?

Hi Prem,

Cell Annotations need to be explicitly enabled in each environment.  Please create a support ticket requesting Reinforcements be changed to allow Cell Annotation Editing in Prod.
