Hi Jaimin,
The default noodle shell already has a left nav section.
If you configure your application pages in the Fabric tasks and set the ‘Is Task Folder’ and ‘Is Openable’ in the page properties, you should be able to see your application pages in the leftnav.
If you still do not see your application, then you need to check the ‘Permissions Management’ (with Admin access) and verify if there is any role based access control on the pages.
Is is mandatory for you to create a new shell and use it?
