    …when exactly it is fired
    … what will be the causes
    …how to resolve

    Balaram,

    Take a look at Chapter 6 of the JDBC Adapter User’s Guide. This covers how the JDBC adapter handles exceptions. This user’s guide can be found in the \IntegrationServer\packages\WmJDBCAdapter\doc folder. User’s guides for other adapters are found in that adapter’s \doc folder.
