    Adapter config install crashes during configuring on Windows 2000. Then adapter config crashes on launch after install.
    Do I need a patch?

    I haven’t seen this exact situation but I have experienced the adapter config tool and other tools such as the Manager or Document Type Editor crash on dual processor intel machines.

    I’ve been told that the problem is with the JVM in the install being incompatible with P4’s.
