Hi Jeff - This could be due to a number of reasons.
- If the MaaS360 Cloud Extender is being utilized to monitor ActiveSync traffic, automatic rules or manual admin action could be the result
- There could be rules configured on the mail server locally that is blocking certain devices.
I would check with your mail admins and check CE settings (if deployed) and compliance rule set actions if no admins are manually blocking. If the command came from MaaS360 you should be able to see it in the portal action/device history.

Hi, for a few users i keep getting on the dashboard that there are email issues. If i drill down to each specific user with the mailbox issue, it tells me their mailbox approval state is blocked. Can anyone tel me why this is and how to approve it? It is happening with both IOS and Android devices.
