Activation in progress - free trial

    Hi! I tried downloading free trial but it still says activation in progress and I can't login in the programme. It generates error message that I don't have a subscription. How long can I expect that activation of the free trial will be completed or can I do something to speed it up? I need the programme quite urgently. Thanks
