I am using the IBM SPSS Statistics free trial on Windows. The trial installation was completed, but the license/activation remains stuck on "Activation in Progress" and SPSS is not activated.

I have already waited several hours and tried restarting the application/computer, but the problem remains.

I am a free-trial user and I do not have a paid license, IBM Customer Number, authorization code, or IBM sales representative.

Could you please advise how I can complete the activation of my SPSS Statistics free trial?

The "Licensing type request" you will select is "Other licensing request (OTHER)"

Once you submit the case then we will investigate on our end to resolve the issue.
