Could you please advise, if I execute the agent removal script, but do not restart the database server, but turn on the database, can there be any problems because ktap is not unloaded from the kernel yet?

There would be a problem not restarting the DB server, unless you set flag "KTAP_LIVE_UPDATE" on.  Doing so would move current KTAP out of the Kernel without having to reboot the machine

There should not be any issues running the server with the KTAP driver still loaded.

This process does not affect database services. However, K-TAP remains loaded in the kernel until the next reboot. The unloading process is completed after the reboot. You can check the status with the "lsmod|grep ktap" command.
