    Action:StartDtscreenBlank Error
    "An attempt to start a new process on host <HOSTNAME> failed.To contibue,you may need to stop an unneeded process on this host"

    I am not facing any trouble in using applications running on this server ex Oracle 10g.How can i resolve this.
    Please share your thoughts.

    OS is AIX 5.3
