Action button not working in TM1 Application but works in TM1-Web

    Hi,

    We have a client running on a local installation. We are having a problem with the Action-button in TM1 Application (TM1 app web) where the button seems to look like a picture and there is no response when you click on it. I.e It is not a button anymore.

    In TM1-Web the button works fine.

    Does anyone know what can cause this problem and if there is a solution to it?

    Hi Mattias,

    Are you using a approval or responsibility application?

    In those cases the user would need to take ownership, before they can push buttons. Until then, the action button will be inactive ("just a picture")

    Thank you for your answer. Yes we are using a approval hierachy and taking ownership activated the button.
