Can anyone confirm when this notification was first released?

The earliest notification I see is 21st January 2021 telling me that access to WAS iFixes were restricted from "January 2021"?

Hi Paul,
 
January 21, 2021 is the first "My Notifications" that included this information for WebSphere Application Server and Liberty.  The technote was put on the web site January 8, 2021 and communicated in other places such as the "What's New" Application Platform, Recommended updates and download pages.
 
The 1st fix requiring the entitlement check was January 29, 2021 with release of Liberty 21.0.0.1.  Please let us know if we can be of assistance to ensure you or your company are properly registered with your customer number to download fixes.  It may be easiest to open a case with WebSphere Application Server support so you can communicate any particulars through that.
