since i moved to kyndryl i don't have access to https://www.ibm.com/ibmlink IBM Service Link neither with ocean id nor with my kyndryl id but there are IBM Ids with both e-mail addresses. When i launch this website with one of my id's (ocean or kyndryl) i come to the 'request for entitlement' page but when i submit nothing happens ...

Please can someone help me? My collegaues have the same problem.

at their customer support helpline (+49 180 511 6237) no one can be reached.

    i've tried it several times.

    Thank you

What do you need out of ServiceLink that is not available in the IBM Support Portal otherwise?

    Hi, i need

AST – track APARs and PTFs

SIS – search for service and support information (especially for APAR and PTF search)

ASAP – receive critical service notifications

i don't use it to open cases if it's what you mean.

    Hi,

AST – track APARs and PTFs

-> once you have the APAR number just type it into the search field at https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/?language=en_US, on the APAR page itself, righthand side there is a bottom to subscribe.

SIS – search for service and support information (especially for APAR and PTF search)

-> goes with the same link/search function

ASAP – receive critical service notifications

-> on the same link, left hand side (Support Basics) then go to tile 'Notification Settings' (you can find Notification Settings also by only scrolling down, but it is somewhere in the middle)
