Hi William, can you confirm here the name and website of your academic institution? We can review directly with the team.

Subject: Skills Build Downloads Registration
I attempted to register for the Skills Build Downloads, but I received an automated email saying I was not eligible for access "at this time." I submitted my ".edu" instructor email address, my accredited academic institution was listed in the dropdown list, and my email address is an IBM ID as well. In any case, if the downloads are for teaching material, I have developed my own material which has proven extremely successful for my students. However, I would still like to participate in IBM's z Skills project in any way I can, including mentoring students and newbies to the z/OS environment, and participating in career events with my students.

Subject: Skills Build Downloads Registration
Hi there!!
If you have any issue with the Skills Build Downloads registration process, formerly Academic Initiative, please write in this discussion topic so and we can help!
Important: you need to register/login with your academic email - public domains as gmail, outlook, yahoo, etc, are not accepted.
Here also you can find a detailed instruction about the registration process.
If is the first time accessing the Skills Build Downloads page (https://ibm.biz/z-academic), you need to add the university so we can validate the university information and domain. After that, other educators and students can automatically have the registration approved.
If your university have multiple domains issued to students and educators, please let us know.
