    Hi all,

    Can you tell me if S-TAP stores collected information on the server when there is no communication with the collector?

    If so, is the space for accumulating information limited in size and overwritten?

    Can you tell me the path on the agent (windows, unix) where the information is accumulated?

    Hi Yana,

    STAP has an 100 mb buffer to store information to send it to collectors. In case of no communication that data is overwritten and it's not stored in any physical file rather in memory alone. You may increase the buffer size for longer retention and losing logs for overwriting.
