    Dears,
    We have got the below error using IBM Robotic Process Automation  V 20.12.5 while trying to get recognize image text using Recognize Image Text or PDF command using Abbyy OCR .
    so what should we do to solve this problem?

    Hi @Ahmed Shaheen,

    Seems like this error is related to the ABBYY license for your environment. Is your IBM RPA the SaaS or the on prem offering?.

    I suggest you open a support case for further evaluation by the Support Team.
