The port number is how the TCP/IP connection can be given to the correct queue manager. If they were all able to use the same listener port, then when you connected your client application to that TCP/IP port, it might be given to the wrong queue manager. I assume you are wishing to have all the queue managers on the same port for some reason. It is likely that there is an alternative solution that we can explain to you if you tell us your reasons.
Just know that it is correctly trying to stop you from doing that and that you should have a unique IP address and port combination for each queue manager.

We recently started a project in our company in which it will be necessary to use the IBM MQ solution. Therefore, I am learning about the solution by studying it and exploring it more and more. I would like to count on everyone's help to resolve a question that I am having difficulty finding accurate information about.
I prepared a homologation environment and configured a queue manager, that queue manager's listener, and the queues that belong to that queue manager. As shown in the figure below, I defined the first queue manager with the listener on port 1514.
However, when I went to configure the second queue manager, when defining the listener on port 1514, I was unable to do so. It says the port is already in use. I would like to know if I can use the same port for several queue managers.
