  • 1.  A problem with recovering my data on SPSS

    Posted Tue October 06, 2020 10:16 PM

    Hello sirs,

I'm a PhD student, and I tried IBM SPSS (trial version), and put my data there, but I was shocked when it told me that the period has expired, and since I saved my work on SPSS form, not on a word file, I couldn't open the file as the period has expired :(😭

I don't mind purchasing the program for a short period of time, may be one week, one month, but not more, since I don't really need it that much.

    Your support is highly appreciated

    Thanks a lot

    Best regards

    Rozalina

As an exception your trial is expanded for few more days, but more is not possible.

Since Bettina has extended your trial, you have three options

    • export the data and perhaps the Viewer output in some format that doesn't require SPSS Statistics
    • Purchase the Grad Pack, which is inexpensive or perhaps get a license from your university
    • Sign up for a one month subscription to the Subscription version of Statistics.

I can't thank you enough Jon. I'm sooooo grateful. I'll definately do the first option, but what about the "Grad PAck". How much is it and for how long? and how can I have a one month subscription?
