which option did you choose when creating the fix image?
“Installed Products” or “Licensed Products”?
When using “Installed Products” SUM only looks Fixes for your current Installation (Windows in this case).
When using “Licensed Products” SUM will show all available latest Fixes for the products you have licensed.
When they are OS-dependent, you can choose the right version for your target OS (choose Windows and AIX here).
Then this image will work for both OSes.
Can you share a list of Fixes contained in the image?
Try to create a new fix image as described above.
Please have a look at the UpdateManager logs to get a clue what might have gone wrong.
