Could this be a firmware related issue? The current firmware version on this server is SF230-126.
I've been all over the firmware site (http://techsupport.services.ibm.com/server/mdownload2/01SF230_150_120.html) but the history doesn't reference this kind of error. I did see a previous thread for error code 11002630, but the fans and power supplies seem to be installed correctly already.
One of our tech got the advice from someone in IBM that he needed new/different power cords which he ordered. When received we tried them, but the same error comes up.

The cooling fans on the power supplies are running, but the main fans are not. I believe this is because the system hasn't really "started" yet.

We actually have 2 new servers (this 720 and a 9123-710) and they both have this issue with the yellow exclamation light and the flashing green power light on the front display. The 710 isn't connected to the PC running the ASM though, so I can't see the logs yet.

I assume this is all a simple configuration issue, however I can find no reference to it on IBM's site anywhere.

Check the two power cables to the ups are connected and the SPCN cable that it is correctly connected to the system and the HMC.

The specialist was in yesterday, and it turns out that the box they sent us was ordered as a 2 way processor (can use 110 volt power) but they sent us a 4 way system which must have 220.

So they are going to send out an engineer to see if it can be reconfigured.
