  • 1.  9102- No remaining activations license error

    I wanted to remove computers from web client which are in no use. I am unable to remove them from web client. I wanted to install the studio in other computer. when I tried installing I'm getting license error 9200.
    I tried adding computer manually in the web client and downloaded the license certificate of respective computer. Certificate Installation was done. But  getting the license error again. When I tried to activate the license by providing license Id and password in the error web page I'm getting an error message as [9102]-No remaining activations.

    Please help me out on this issue. So that I can install the studio in other computer

    Hi Shravya,

    from what I know, you can't yet remove computers from the computers list in the web portal. by yourself even do you have a admin role. You basically have to open a case within IBM Support Platform and then the RPA team will remove the licenses from the computers on which you don't want to consume a RPA license anymore. For this matter, the RPA team is reacting in a fast manner :). Keep in mind that the computers will always be displayed even if they don't consume any of your RPA license.
