8413 Not Listening for WinCollect

    Port 8413 does not seem to be listening for WinCollect. Can anyone suggest any fixes?

    [rootSupport Member~]# netstat -nlp | grep 8413

    [rootSupport Member~]# ps -aux |grep winconnect

    root 52170 0.0 0.0 112712 968 pts/0 S+ 16:02 0:00 grep --color=a uto winconnect

    Could you please check Wincollect status and ensure the test passed ?
