    Hi everyone! I recently had a chance to share some thoughts with the Women of the Channel/Women in IT Awards communities about digital transformation. I thought this might be helpful to some of you, as we're all still navigating this "new normal."

    When I joined the InfoSystems team in August of 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic was already in full swing. Business offices were closed, people were suffering from Zoom fatigue - and perhaps most importantly for InfoSystems, companies needed help navigating this rapid shift to remote work.

    Thanks for sharing this Kelly. You ask an important question. My silver lining has been shifting my skills from producing live events to learning how to construct and execute compelling digital events. Oh, and I got a puppy and became a dog person!

    Ha! I love it. I definitely enjoy having my pup at my side at all times during the workday. 

    What do you think have been some of the hallmarks of the most successful digital events you've participated in or hosted? I'm really looking forward to getting back to in-person events, but I know we still have a lot of virtual events on the horizon.
