    Hi all! My name is Lane Billings and I'm a member of the IAM product team based out of Austin, TX. While I'm a first time poster, I've been involved in the Community initiative behind the scenes since the beginning. I like to check in here regularly to learn the common pain points and insights you share with each other. One of our team's goals is to get to know you and your teams better personally, so we can improve our products and our communications to you. 

    To that end, would any non-IBM community participants be willing to participate in a 15-minute informational interview over conference call within the next few weeks? Insights from these calls will be used to improve product content/communications, and questions will be sent for a review in advance.
