need to update the ILMT tool but when I try to through the Big Fix ixlet, " Upgrade to the latest version of IBM License Metric Tool (9.2.25.0) the downloads complete but under applicable computers it says, "1 targeted computer reported this action non-relevant". Why wouldn't the ILMT server be relevant for the upgrade?

For non relevant , first you would need to check the disk space of /tmp and also INSTALL_DIR for ILMT if there are sufficient space for the installer to be downloaded.

If after checking the disk space it still does not help, please raise a salesforce case as we require you to send Big Fix client logs for the target machine ILMT.
