Choosing the Right Deep Learning Framework: A deep learning approach

Deep Learning Frameworks allow for the easy construction of neural networks and have made Python the go-to language for Artificial Intelligence development. This webinar will show how deep learning can be used to help align developers and data scientists to a particular framework as well as demonstrate some examples of how IBM is extending the value of deep learning frameworks via open source projects, and how new advancements in NLP like transformers are changing how and why to use a particular framework

RE: Transfer learning,Incremental learning and continuous learning

Hi Rajasekhar, There are quite a few good resources for Transfer learning, Incremental learning and continuous learning some with examples and illustrations. Intro to transfer learning TL on Deep Learning There is a great blog by Deepmind.com for continuous learning. https://deepmind.com/blog/enabling-continual-learning-in-neural-networks/ Another classic blog with some examples A Comprehensive Hands-on Guide to Transfer Learning with Real-World Applications in Deep Learning Hope this helps!

Deep Learning Advances from IBM Research

Earlier this year with contributions made by IBM scientists, IBM introduced Deep Learning as a Service within Watson Studio , a rich set of cloud-based tools for developers and data scientists to help remove the barriers of training deep learning models in the enterprise. Deep learning and machine learning require expensive hardware and software resources as well as more expensive skilled scientists and developers. Deep learning, in particular, requires users to be experts at different levels of the stack, from neural network design to new hardware
