Summary

Today, the most common fix for a major IT service outage is still to turn it off and turn it back on. Considering the vast breadth of data that enterprises keep, like log and metric data, incident reports, and service tickets, the Watson AIOps team believes that we can do much better. Built with machine learning at its core, Watson AIOps uses this data to deliver data-driven actionable insights to SREs in time to help them prevent outages.
