SPSS Licence Reset

    Hello,

    can anybody help me with an reset for our SPSS Statistics 24 Licence?
    We got new PCs for every employee and the SPSS User can't work with this Notebook until we can reinstall SPSS on this pc.

    Hello. This comes from a member of our support team:

    Due to privacy issues, SPSS Licensing requests which require exchange of confidential information such as IBM Customer Number, Authorization Code, email address, etc... need to be handled through either a normal Support ticket via link above or via the SPSS Licensing support page.

    A) If you have a normal Support contract open a ticket on:

    https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/

    and use your IBM customer number ICN.

    B) If you do not have a Support contract use method below:

    Go to this link

    Use the blue button called "Open a case to get help with SPSS License issues" to open a case. Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, ...) such that we can immediately process your request.

    Hello, first of all thanks for your help.

    But when I click on Open a Case and choose SPSS Licensing it says:

    "You are unable to open a support case for this product until you register and are approved for a valid support account"

    I also tried to get the Support Access but this didn't worked for me.

    Do you have any other Suggestion for me?
