 Data Replication from Oracle 11g to 19c on AIX Using DataStage and CDC

Can we use IBM DataStage on the AIX platform to replicate data from Oracle 11g to Oracle 19c using Change Data Capture (CDC) for real-time replication? Are there any specific considerations or limitations we should be aware of when setting this up on the AIX environment? I am planning to use CDC 14.1 I can see CDC is supported for 12c and 19c in the IBM clarity reports as shown below.
