Bio: Veronica Iles is a senior consultant for the Total Economic Impact™ practice at Forrester. In this role, she works with technology clients to demonstrate and justify the return on investment (ROI) and business value of technology based on the costs, benefits, flexibility, and risk associated with specific investments. Veronica has worked with a variety of clients and technologies, including security, e-commerce, software as a service (SaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and martech.
Bio: Constantin von Altrock, IBM Director, CTO Safer Payments, is a pioneering inventor and global expert in payment fraud prevention and financial compliance using machine learning. He joined IBM in 2015 as part of the acquisition of IRIS Analytics which he founded and later became the IBM Safer Payments product. Von Altrock, was selected to be part of the IBM Industry Academy’s inaugural class of IBM Distinguished Industry Leaders, prestigious thinkers who are globally recognized for their industry-transforming work and leadership.
