    I submitted ISS002030 and need to revert the submission to add a severity, add an approver, and add an editor. I am unable to make any changes to the submission now that it's in a  "Submitted for Acceptance" status. Adding a severity looks straightforward, but I'm not sure how to add an approver or an editor.
