    Customer Advisory Board replay

    Business Continuity Awareness Week (BCAW)

    Replay -- This week we are recognizing BCAW.  Further to that, we had our first webcast on Tuesday, May 19, on "Impacts of COVID19", where our FIRST Head of Research, Bruno Pajaczkowski shared thoughts on business impacts that have been highlighted in the IBM FIRST Risk Case Studies database since the pandemic began.  If you missed it, the replay is available in our Box folder.  Simply click on the title to view the recording.
