Welcome to part two of this four part blog series. In part two we are diving deeper into the different aspects of OpenPages that solve common business problems.

There are nine different product domains within OpenPages. You are able to customize this solution to best fit your current business needs. Please see below for a description of each of the product domains.

Business Continuity Management Prepares organizations to continue operations and protect employees in the face of disruptive events. Centralize business continuity data in a single location to better implement a standardized approach across your enterprise. Users can visualize data relationships to identify dependencies and gain quick access to information.

Operational Risk Management Automates the process of identifying, measuring, monitoring, analyzing, and managing operational risk. OpenPages Operational Risk Management enables businesses to integrate all risk data — risk and control assessments, internal and external loss events, key risk indicators, and issue/action plan management — within a single environment.

Regulatory Compliance Management Combines software, process automation, data feeds and expertise. It enables institutions to have a more complete, accurate and timely view of their regulatory compliance risks. Supported by a centralized data model, OpenPages Regulatory Compliance Management is designed to transform the compliance process and drive both confidence and efficiency.

Policy Management Reduces the complexity and cumbersome nature of complying with numerous industries, ethics, privacy and government regulatory mandates. OpenPages Policy Management automates the ongoing test, review, approval and remediation process. It also helps identify similarities between regulations to reduce redundancy and duplication of effort.

IT Governance Manages internal IT control and risk by aligning business processes, strategy and regulatory requirements. OpenPages IT Governance enables organizations to sustain compliance across multiple best-practice frameworks including, the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations, IT Infrastructure Library, and the International Standards Organization.

Internal Audit Management Provides internal auditors with a cross-departmental view into organizational GRC. Helps organizations to efficiently plan, execute, report on, and review their audit universe. Compare the best practice control environment to the one that has been documented and perform gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities and/or improvement opportunities.

Model Risk Governance Brings together all key stakeholders that often work independently on siloed data. OpenPages Model Risk Governance combines a flexible data model with document management, powerful workflow capabilities, and business intelligence. It helps ensure a greater level of engagement and transparency in the model risk management and governance processes.

Third Party Risk Management Assists in efficiently managing third-party engagements to improve business performance. It helps reduce disruption and possible negative impacts to the organization's compliance, brand or operations due to a vendor’s inability to deliver. Protect private information shared with vendors and prevent misuse of direct access to network resources.

Financial Controls Management Reduces the complexity associated with complying to global financial reporting regulations. OpenPages Financial Controls Management makes compliance procedures more effective and efficient. These tools provide decision-makers with transparency into the state of financial controls and confidence that financial compliance demands are being addressed.
