Db2 for z/OS Master Class - Badge Accreditation

Credential Description

This credential is for those who have a deep level of understanding of Db2 for z/OS and who lead/participate in defining, designing, and maintaining Db2 for z/OS; especially in areas of software maintenance, resiliency, continuous availability, disaster recovery, system configuration, system/application development, performance tuning, and more. This individual has demonstrated advanced knowledge of Db2 for z/OS and are enthusiasts of Db2 for z/OS as exemplified through their sharing of ideas, knowledge and expertise to the wider Db2 for z/OS community.

Badge Description

The badge earner has successfully completed the IBM Db2 for z/OS Master Class and passed the qualifying examination.

Badge Prerequisites

• Restricted to IBM customers only.
• Applicant must submit evidence of obtaining one of the following IBM certifications or equivalent years of experience: IBM Certified Systems Administrator - Db2for z/OS; or IBM Certified Database Administrator - Db2 for z/OS.
• Must complete the IBM Db2 for z/OS Master Class (click here for an overview of the class and submit an application form).
• Applicant must pass a 25-question knowledge assessment with a minimum score of 80%.
