Discover a different approach to cloud data warehousing with IBM Db2
Take control over your storage and operational costs, simplify management, improve performance, and enable governed access to semi-structured and unstructured data with the next generation of Db2 Warehouse tech preview, coming available April 2023 to AWS.
- Reduce costs, not performance: The latest generation of Db2 Warehouse on Cloud is a fully managed SaaS on AWS built specifically to take advantage of cloud object storage. Enjoy significantly reduced data storage costs and improved performance.
- Take control over compute and storage: Once you are up and running, you have control over how and when you choose to scale. Db2 Warehouse cloud computing supports independent scale of storage and compute while keeping critical applications always-on.
- Share responsibly: Catalog, ingest and query open data formats (such as Iceberg, Parquet, AVRO, ORC, CSV, JSON, and more) using a single platform that supports tight integration with your data lake over cloud object storage.
For existing Db2 Warehouse customers, applications deployed on-premises can run seamlessly and unchanged in the cloud.
