Hi,
The jobs you deploy in IBM Streams 4.3.x run under a given IBM Streams instance which in turn is part of a top-level IBM Streams Domain. That means, when you stop an instance or domain, everything running within that instance and domain will be stopped. After an instance is restarted, you have to submit your jobs (applications) again. That is the fundamental way in which IBM Streams works.
