We have a parent and child IMS setup.
The parent rb7cases has a child rb7notes. The case key of rb7cases is the record id for rb7notes, and the parent id in rb7notes is generated by DVM from the child id in rb7cases.
When reading by record id and parent id, both are slow, presuming we need to read entire file.
What suggestions for improving response? would a view with parent id be faster? would a read against direct be faster? we cannot build an index using the parent id as it does not exist in ims???
