    Yes, Informix 4GL is supported and available on Linux as are Aubit4GL (free), 4J Genero, and Querix Lycia the three 4GL superset clone languages.

    It certainly does.  We have several people using Informix 4GL on Linux.  Works just fine.

    HI,

    Informix 4GL (both the compiled version Informix 4GL Compiled as well as
    the p-code version being Informix 4GL RDS and its debugger Informix 4GL
    RDS Interactive debugger) definitely works on Linux ( different
    distributions available).

    The actual version is 7.51.FC3. Very stable and a lot of customers use it.

    Just as a follow up to this, make sure it is 7.51.fc3. Some passport advantage accounts still show 7.50 options or 7.51fc1  alongside of the 7.51fc3.

    Some of the earlier 4gl versions do not work fully with the newer versions of Linux. So just make sure it is the fc3 version.

    Informix 4GL 7.51.xC3 is the Latest version. It is available for below platforms,
    1) linuxzseries
    2) linuxppc64le
    3) linux-x86_64
    4) sol64
    5) hpia64
    6) aix64
