Phil Catlin is an application development manager at Formica Corporation. In addition to traditional development roles, Phil is an experienced X.12 EDI developer and manager using both iSeries and Windows based EDI tools with over two decades of experience on the IBM Midrange platforms (i, iSeries, AS/400, etc.). Phil's specialties include EDI, XML, electronic commerce, RPG programming, and system analysis.

Alan Dickinson leads the global marketing team for IBM Sterling Data Exchange offerings. Before this role, Alan was the CMO for the IBM Blockchain Platform. Alan is based in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. He has a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, a MBA, and MA, both from Duke University.
