Hello Team,

We are integrating ITX with ITXA, After translation we are using SPE adapter to add Envelopes and also doing Compliance check(Compliance Check which came with HealthCare pack) in ITXA.

The problem we are facing here is that during Enveloping, we have a Valid Transaction and also Invalid Transaction .We need to add envelope with Control Number to the valid Transaction set and invalid Transaction will be sent back to the source application.

But SPE Enveloping service is not adding a control number in a sequential order to the valid Transaction but always creating a control number as "00000001" to the ISA and GS Level. Is there any way to bypass this step and provide a Sequential control number to the Valid Transaction.

From SPE_Response file we could see following error:-

This happens only when the file is having both Valid and Invalid Transaction in it. If the file has only Valid Transaction we are getting control Number in Sequential order.

I worked on SPE (now called ITXA) for several years from the time it came out to about 6 years ago.  Now I am just doing ITX because ITXA and ITX are maintained by 2 development and support groups in different companies.  Based on what I see, SPE hasn't changed much.  ITX doesn't do Enveloping.  It's done by SPE.  ITX passes the data without the Envelope to SPE for processing.  If nobody answers your question, I suggest you open a ticket with SPE.  Sorry I am not much help.
