    To start with, just want to make sure you understand ITXA and ITX are 2 separate components.  ITXA is primarily used for Partner Management (ISA/GS/ST) and ITX is used for compliance checking and transformation/translation from one format to another.

    To run ITXA in ITX Launcher, you have to configure it in ITX dtx.ini.  Install ITX first before ITXA.  The old name for ITXA is Standards Processing Engine.

    [SPE]
    SPE_INSTALL_DIR=E:\IBM\Standards Processing Engine 10.0.1

    Also make sure you check this support matrix to see which versions/combinations are supported.

    Hello Rex,

    Thanks for the update and quick response. The query I have is like will I be able to call the map which is deployed in itxa using itx launcher??

    We know that we can call the map through itx using spe adapter by using -TRF option but the performance is less compared to a map which is being triggered by launcher directly.

    I am not sure if I understand your question.  The only way to call ITXA/SPE is using the SPE Adapter in the map.

    Launcher can only invoke maps (which can be triggered by things such as the arrival of a queue or a file).   When you use the Integration Flow Designer to construct the flow for the Launcher, the only node available is the map.

    If you are looking for a node such as ITXA/SPE in the Flow Designer, it's not there.

    It's not like B2Bi where there is a ITXA service in the BP.

    Thanks for the info.. this is what I was looking for.

    We need to use SPE adapter from itx maps if other maps (like parent map should call child map )are deployed in itxa.
