2020 has given us quite a change of scenery as far as our workplaces go. With offices closed around the world, our team has been adapting to a new way of working, juggling families, doing home office renovations, posting up shop outdoors, and trying to make the most of remote working.

Here's a glimpse into IBM Community where we are; would love for you to share where you are!

    East Bay, CA, United States

Left of computer: Items 1.5 year old has collected and handed to me in the last hour
Right of computer: Snacks. Always snacks. Including fresh peaches from backyard tree
    Table: Formerly a dining table

    Austin, Texas

On the left wall, a Shakespeare Santa Cruz poster (Doctor Faustus, All's Well That Ends Well, The Comedy of Errors, Damn Yankees)

On the right wall, a watercolor of Cape Cod

My heavily-bolstered Wingback, my childhood desk (Hi Mom!) holding up my massive monitor, and a TV tray with my laptop-and yes I use both screens

Lap tray for keyboard and Magic Mouse; lamp with canvas cover for warm light

Team lead & Community Leader for Middleware!

    Ascot, Berkshire, United Kingdom.

In the spirit of working from home; I gave my laptop a much needed lunch break on the hammock! #be kind to laptops!
To the right we have a honeysuckle bush.
At the back we have Lavender, Sage & Thyme.
Also to the left we have a Camilla, Roses, Sweet peas (the beautiful smell of an English garden in the summer) a blueberry bush & Eucalyptus bush plus lots of random wild flowers.
On the right we have strawberries in the hanging basket
After an early morning 7am walk in the forest (whilst my US friends & Colleagues are still sleeping) :-) to start my day ready for work I had oats with fresh blueberries & strawberries from the garden #selfcare

Community Manager for Watson Apps and DataOps checking in :)

    San Francisco, CA

    Forgive the mess. Pictured:
-Incredibly comfortable desk chair for my increasingly sedentary lifestyle.
-Desk from Wayfair with crappy and uneven drawers.
-Massive water bottle because otherwise I just get to busy to remember to drink a lot of water.
-Coffee mug commemorating the release of The Lighthouse, my 2019 movie of the year. I'm pretty much constantly drinking coffee.
-Laptop featuring Inception of this thread.
-Bluelight glasses to stop my eyes from jumping out of my head at the end of a day staring into screens.
-TV that takes up almost my entire desk. Good for multitasking in meetings and being better than @Marius Ciortea at Call of Duty.
    -PS4 for occasional gaming breaks
-Gaming headphones for said gaming and for looking rediculous in meetings.

@Andrey Kirilov what's your setup like?

Program Director, IBM Community & Digital Strategy

    My not-so-ergonomically-correct pandemic workspace:

Left of computer: a squishy pillow, a large water bottle, a statue of Buddha, a lamp, and an orchid getting ready to bloom.
On the computer: the original post from this thread.

Right of computer: my Moleskine work notebook, AirPods, a phone charging cable, and reading glasses.
