Sorry Diego - I don't accept that Basic support should be as poor as this. This experience is Basic Support = No Support. However, I really appreciate your response Basic Support means to me that IBM will only support that which the customer cannot support. This is the perfect example of this....

Hi Edward, I understand your frustration, but Basic Support is that, "BASIC", and there is no SLA.
