    Hi there,  I have an access control question.   How do I control the data an end user can see within a single project?   I have a connection to data for all clients. I need to ensure that a Client can only see their data on the embedded Cognos dashboard.  eg. Client A can only see their data and not Client B, C or D's data?   I  was solving this by creating individual projects but, it is becoming difficult to manage because when I make a change to one dashboard I have to go in and change all the other dashboards.   I need to have one dashboard with controls to the data.  

    hopefully this is a basic question.  I am still learning.  Thanks

    Hi Lesa, 

    Projects are intended as collaboration spaces, and assets such as dashboards are accessible for all members of a project.  Your current approach to host the dashboards in separate projects is the only method to achieve this.
