We have met several Cloud Pak for Data 301 client reports that "Something's wrong, but we are trying to fix it." when they open an analytic project. Such as below snapshots:

On the home page, it also shows that "Something's wrong, but we are trying to fix it".

While all backend pods are up and running. If you met this, there is one way you should try.
Try to restart several pods to fix this:
oc delete po -l release=ibm-dap-base-prod

Once all pods are up and running again, check the Cloud Pak for Data console again, by click on Project, select one of your projects and open it, all UI should come back.
