Hello,
I am trying to do a course from Coursera entitled IBM Data Engineering Professional Certificate. The course is kind enough to give me a one time key for setting up a study account in cloud.ibm.com.
I have setup the account successfully, and it appears I have setup a Db2-Lite database in Dallas, but I cannot access it. Every time I click "Go to UI" i get the message:
HWCCON0104E
The data cannot be displayed.
Failed to open console, contact IBM support for assistance.
I have tried creating 2x tickets, but as I am not a paying user, I get the same answer that this is a technical problem and therefore no one can help. Unfortunately, as this is the only thing I am trying to do, it kind of makes the account useless for me right now.
In addition to the tickets i have tried:
- clearing cookies
- incognito mode
- Edge and Chrome browsers
- Different PCs (Dell and Apple)
- deleting and reprovisioning
- using different locations (London and Dallas)
I also followed some guidance from ChatGPT about using the CLI - where the good news is that I can find the account, provisioned database name, and an active status - but this does not seem to do anything for accessing the UI which I would need if I wanted to follow the course.
If anyone has any suggestions, I would be extremely happy to try them out.
