 How to Access IBM Cloud Advocate V2 Certification Certificate?

Hi everyone,

I recently passed the IBM Cloud Advocate V2 certification through Pearson VUE. However, I'm facing some issues accessing my certificate. Here's what I've tried so far:

  1. Contacted IBM via email: No response yet.
  2. Checked Credly: The certification doesn't appear there.
  3. Registered my Candidate ID on IBM Training: The system doesn't recognize my ID.

As a result, I can only see my certification score but not the actual certificate. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any advice on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated!

  1. After you passed the certification exam, you should have a copy of your score. (You may need that, print a copy from Pearson site)
  2. Check your spam folder
  3. Does Pearson show you passed? did you print out your scores? are you using the same email with IBM, Pearson and Credley?
  4. Contact Credley, with proof that you passed along with IBM
  5. Contact Pearson, 
  6. Have you used the same email with Credley - Pearson - IBM
  7. If you have the same issue contact someone at IBM
  8. Your ID may be causing the issue, contact IBM
