IBM's Hybrid by Design approach is an integrative method that helps enterprises get better business value faster from their investments in technologies, including cloud, gen AI, and application modernization. The IBM Institute for Business Value (IBV), under sponsorship from IBM senior leadership in consulting and technology, is developing a book on IBM's differentiating Hybrid by Design approach.
This webinar will employ the Hybrid by Design framework for business value generation as the context for a discussion of the central and changing role technology architecture is playing in enterprise adoption of gen AI, and of the need to build technical vitality inside and outside the IT organization. The webinar will arm technology leaders and architects with ways to energize their technical communities and ways to engage business stakeholders in a productive relationship with technology architecture.
