A Bioinformatics cum Medical-informatics Digital Public Health technology to deploy a Global Digital Healthcare Infrastructure, by Integrated Apps & Devices; for Asynchronous Realtime transactions for a Global Digital, ‘Human Coronavirus Harmful Mutants & lineage Control (HCHMC) Program’, in Hyperledger framework for WHO that is scalable to Integrate with other Realtime Personal Health applications around the world; is on proposal with WHO.
To Implement this project needs worldwide deployment of local native hybrid cloud servers-network of Digital Cluster Control (DCC) Nodes with clusters of 3 to 9 Digitizable Healthcare (DH) centers of Hospitals, Nursing homes, Clinics and Primary Healthcare centers around each node.
