Bio

Steven Perva is a lifelong technologist, starting his IT career in middle school. He graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Computer Science degree before starting his mainframe career at IBM in the home of Z, Poughkeepsie. After IBM, he has continued innovating and advocating for Z in his home state of Illinois. His current focus is on platform agnostic management of z/OS and advocating for the seamless integration of Z in the larger IT ecosystem.
