During the call, I will walk you through the best practices and tips and tricks to optimize your profile and bring awareness to the initiatives important to you. Here are some tips that you can start with today:
Don’t be a stranger, help new connections skip the guess work: Whether it’s a new connection you’ve made online or in-person, it’s likely they’ll try to find you on LinkedIn. Make sure it’s easy for them to find the right person by making your profile photo publicly available, instead of exclusive to current connections.
How to find this: Settings & Privacy > Edit my Public Profile > Under Edit Visibility > Profile Photo > Select ‘All LinkedIn Members’ or ‘Public’
Consistency is key: There’s nothing worse than posting once every few months. There are a few ways that you can continue to show up to keep your community engaged. Prove you’re alive: Like, comment, and reshare content by your connections in between producing your own posts.
“You have two ears and one mouth”, you can use the same approach for social media!
